My Story
Grew up building with LEGOs blocks. Now building software with tech blocks.
Having spent 14 years at McKinsey and countless opportunities contributing under the Technology and Digital umbrella. I feel empowered to help lead and build solutions that contribute to a product and team’s success.
I’ve helped elevate technical support teams expertise and customer service satisfaction during their firmwide messaging infrastructure migration. Leading training development and conducted training globally.
Joining the Automation Team, I’ve lead and taken on multiple automation projects. Including a self-serve solution on our enterprise portal that reduced over 1,000 calls to support team monthly and achieves over 85% user satisfaction. I’ve architected and successfully migrated our on-prem solution into one of the major cloud service provider. Keeping 80% of the core components while expanding on new technologies and expertise for the team. This migration project has opened my eyes and mind in the world of software engineering, system design and decision making.
